I had to get over

I had to get over the taste of this magnesium. Now I take it in a little juice at night before bed. It helps me sleep more peacefully and I wake up feeling rested. I would recommend this tincture to everyone.

Favorite!

One of my favorite products. I love using this in the evenings before bed for extra care in my sleep routine. I also love using this when I am increasing my workouts. Mix with water!

Magnesium From Nature

This product is great. I love that it comes from seaweed and nature. It helps me sleep wonderfully and helps with muscle spasms, but it tastes rough… really rough. I don’t want to drink anything but water in the evening so I can’t mask the taste. That’s the only bad thing.

Great Magnesium products!

This liquid Magnesium is sooo much better than the capsules!! My muscle cramps are almost nonexistent. It’s a huge improvement over what I was dealing with. Also helps me go to the bathroom easily. And it seems like my sleep has improved. I won’t go without it! But it- you’ll be glad you did!

Benefits

I have been using this product for a few years now. I’m not sure ow or if it’s beneficial health wise, but I trust that it is. It’s does aid in regularity and sleep. More so in regularity.
