Great product/poor service

Macy's sold me expedited delivery to ensure my item would arrive by Christmas. Expedited delivery was applied to a free tumbler, not the item, and I was notified the perfume would arrive late. My item arrived barely before Christmas, but I paid UPS directly to hold and called and pleaded with them to rush if at all possible.
