Dissatisfied & Frustrated

Would not know how it smells, they bagged the wrong cologne ( they gave me the female version). When I went back the next day, they refused to exchange the bottle even with the receipt. Very dissatisfied after spending the amount of $$ on this cologne and cannot even enjoy it.

Is this a joke?

I’m aware of products shrinking. But this is beyond shrinking. I couldn’t believe the small amount of product in each vial. Why even bother spending on packaging. Would never purchase again.
