Feels more like thick leggings than pants

Bought this is XS. I'm 5" and 107 lbs. Fitting was perfect. It's a pull-on, fits like thick leggings than pants and no pockets. No good for the fall-winter season and bought it with the blazer to match but blazer looks good already without the pants, so I returned.
