Threading needle came BROKEN!!!

Trash trash trash. The needle that is required to make a braclet was delivered broken. The windows for returns is now closed. I purchased this product for my daughter for Christmas and she is not able to make any bracelets due the needle being broken. This now product now has to go into the trash. I DO NOT recommend this product or Macy's!!!

Loved it but

I loved it since the very first day!! Unfortunately, despite the design for the product is just perfect, the quality is quite low. the pieces fall apart so easily that you have to be extra careful while using it. imagine in the hands of a child... exactly!.. the long needle that you use looses easily the little piece and it takes forever to reensemble it. And then, you end up using it without the machine, like all the dollar store quality ones. No need to buy... waste of money! I highly recommend to recreate the same idea with a better quality. (I used it for 2 months)

BUYER BEWARE charged and did not ship.

Macy's charged me for two of these and only included one in the package. They were horrible to deal with at customer service.This item is now sold out everywhere, which is why i bought it early. They did NOTHING to accomodate their error, just offered a coupon with a ton of restrictions on items. Now my daughter will no longer have one for christmas morning.
