    • HOW TO USE:
    • For defined lips:
    • Line your lips using an Aqua Lip shade that matches your lipstick
    • Create depth by shading in the edges of the mouth to create definition and blend toward the center
    • Apply lipstick, starting from center of the lip and stretching to the outer corners
    • Finish with concealer outside of lip line to make the edge more defined
    • For fuller-looking lips:
    • Extend the liner just outside of the natural lip line, then fill in
    • Use one to two shades darker than your desired lip color for added dimension
    • Add your favorite gloss in the center of the top and bottom lips to create volume
    • Pair with Rouge Artist Lipstick and Rouge Artist Shine On Lipstick

BRING BACK 14C. It was the only lip liner that worked perfectly with my undertone and skin tone wasn’t too pink wasn’t too brown. I could wear it every day dress it up dress it down it was perfect beyond compare.

Amazing but please bring back 11c!

I love this lip pencil so much and have been using it for years but you discontinued my shade 11C PLEASE bring it back I’ve been using it like lipstick for like 20 years, just like the other reviewer said. It’s my favorite shade and I’m down to a nub of it and can’t find it anywhere. I tried all other similar shades and it’s just not the same.

This lip pencil does not last longer than a cheaper NYX pencil. I got this on sale so no big deal but I wouldn't purchase again.
