    • Pro Tip: For down-turned eyes, add a small wing on outer corner to create a lifted look; for smaller eyes, stay close to lash line for a more defined effect

AQUA RESIST GRAPHIC PEN

I've found it goes on smoother and lasts longer if I give my eyelids a wash first. It's a strong look and I don't want to have to gin up the spoons to carry it off every day. But when I do wear it, it looks spectacular.

Aqua Resist Pen

It work great at first but then it dries out after a few weeks. I have to put it with the tip facing down other wise it won't work. Its great when it does work but not worth the price.
