Metal Wire Defect

The bag was great. Great form, smell and functionality. However there was a metal wire coming into the inside of the bag when the bottom outside pocket was opened. I have returned the bag. Still awaiting refund. I also ordered the bag again. Hopefully the next bag won’t have a defect. Only sad thing is this was a Christmas gift. The next bag won’t arrive in time.

wouldn’t do it

a beautiful bag. perfect placement of pockets and features. not very fictional. I have purchased and returned this same backpack three times. not fictional or good for daily use. I needed this bag three to four days a week and straps or zipper broke after three weeks to a month. with only placing my MacBook, notebook three pens, my wallet and phone charger in the bag. nothing more. very beautiful but unreliable.
