not what expected

It's hard to call it a coat. It has no underlining and the fabric is extremely light; it has no buttons. Size is also questionable. I chose XL, thinking it would be oversized (I’m wearing US 10); however, a coat is just the right size to tighten up the belt. As a discounted item, I can justify, but it's not what is in the original description.
