Runs big & long

I love the material. However the waist is so high it hits my bra line, almost like it was cut for maternity without the addl fabric. And the inseam is definitely longer than 30.83… it’s more like 33+. Im 5’4”, wear medium/8. If it weren’t for the waist being so high I would have these hemmed.
