it broke in 1 week

It broke in 5 days of use . The bag wouldn’t close, it just stayed wide open. Macy wouldn’t do anything about this issue, because it was used. I didn’t know that it would break in 1 week of use. What a waste of money, the quality is bad and I’m disappointed in Macys customer service.
