horrible itchy and synthetic fabric

Beautiful design. However, the fabric is extremely uncomfortable.

This sweater runs true to size. It has long sleeves no matter you size down. The fit is perfect and not long. I ordered size L which hits just above my belly button. Its only the material that i feel a bit itchy or poking. Also I did not receive the extra button for which a plastic packet is attached to the collar but it has no buttons and i feel the buttons may fall after sometime.
