2nd issue from this vender brand

This issue for the shoes: no shoe box sent for an expensive pair of shoes; first time that has happened to me with a Macy's order; these expensive shoes were in a plastic bag only, inside a large shipping box; really?? About the shoes: clearly mismatched bow layout in front; and a mark of some kind on one of the pointed toes; I probably order one remaining in stock of my size because there were no more available after; obviously returning; poor quality control
