The shoes fit perfectly, no need to size up or down. The color is the same like on the picture. Heels are confortable. I received them on time and in good conditions!

Elegant Design, but Packaging and Material Could I
I recently purchased the Mango Women’s Patent Heeled Shoes and must say that the model is truly outstanding. The d’Orsay style is, in my opinion, one of the most elegant silhouettes of pumps—timeless, refined, and flattering. However, I would like to share a few important observations: Product Description: On Macy’s website, the item is listed as “patent leather.” However, on Mango USA’s official website, the description clearly states “patent leather effect,” indicating that the material is synthetic. This distinction should be clarified on Macy’s product page to ensure transparency and accuracy. Packaging Quality: While I understand that Mango promotes the use of recyclable materials, the packaging quality could be improved. The shoe boxes are quite thin, and the shoes arrive without protective coating or sheets, leaving them vulnerable to scratches. Considering the price point—which is relatively high for a fast-fashion brand and closer to that of affordable luxury—investing in sturdier cardboard boxes would be a worthwhile improvement. Condition Upon Arrival: Unfortunately, one of the shoes I received arrived with a visible scratch on the patent finish. Because the material is glossy, the imperfection is particularly noticeable. For these reasons, I decided to return the shoes. Although the design is exceptional, there are other brands—such as Nine West, Sam Edelman, and Aldo—that offer similar d’Orsay-style pumps made with genuine patent leather and more protective packaging.
