didn't realize this was a light cotton dress. exactly as pictured and fits beautifully

very light fabric

It's not a very heavy cotton. Super thin light cotton fabric. The band is so light that can't be tied as in picture but you can make a bow. I still love the sexy style , bright color and pattern and the cotton fabric
