Beautiful but tight

This is a very wonderfully made dress. The cutting is great. The material is great. The color is great however I found the dress very tight from chest down. I am 34C 5 feet one, 130 pounds and usually even for some mango items size small is greater for me But for this one I ordered and it was tight I cannot zip it especially in my hip. I don’t think it’s for girls with nice hips
