Fabric is so so and it way too long, returning

I received this in XL but should have gotten the L, not sure if that was my mistake or theirs. Of course the XL was too big, not sure a L would have fit, either. I would have tried it in a smaller size but now they no longer have them in those sizes. The fabric was not high quality. It was also super long, if I'd gotten the right size, I would have had them hemmed.

Smart looking

I love this skirt but I had to return it. Too tight and too long. I reordered a bigger size. As for the length. I will have it tailored.
