Nice coat, sizing is off

Elegant, nice quality coat, fabric is substantial. The sizing on the website is misleading however. My daughter is 5'9" and size 10 which is usually a M/L in coats for her. According to the website a size 10= XL for this coat, but she fit in a M quite comfortably and the length was perfect.
