sail tips over and falls sideways

If you're hoping for "floating sailboat" as noted in the description, you won't get that. The sail doesn't stand up, it flops over and pulls the whole boat sideways into the water which then just takes on water. It's cute, but does not function at all like I was expecting as a bath toy.
