Ball trimmer faulty. Not happy

I purchased a carry case, nose trimmer, beard trimmer and the lawn mower. Everything is okay except for the lawn mower whoch I need the most. It ran out of charge after the very first use and then never turned on again. Light turns on when plugging in, but doesnt hold a charge and doesnt turn on when plugged in either. Very upset that I literally used it once and its broken.

I love the bag so

I love the bag so much I bought one for home and one for the gym bag so that I could get rid of the cheaper version I had from a high street store. I will keep these bags for years and if I don't stop I will buy more. They are great.
