AWFUL awful AWFUL

I ordered these shoes November 17 and they were delivered on the 27th. They don’t fit; however, I can’t return them because the seller will not update that the shoes have been delivered. So when I went to Macy’s, they told me that because there is no way that they know that the shoes were officially delivered then they’re not fully in their system as eligible to be returned. I have called Macy’s customer service, I have spoken with numerous managers in person, and I have spoken with someone who handles third-party vendors over the phone and the only thing that I’m being told is I have to wait. Wait until when the window has closed for me to return the boots, and then I have to keep shoes that I can’t wear! How is it so hard for a company to update that the shoes have been delivered. Awful customer service! I will never order from this third-party vendor ever again. I’m also extremely dissatisfied that Macy’s is telling me that there’s nothing they can do! BUT THEY HAVE MY MONEY THOUGH

too high above the knee

This boot is so comfortable, but the beige color is more yellowsh and os too high above the knee, probably if I got different color ot will looks better I wear size 7, I got 7 it fits well with heavy socks

wrong color

I ordered tan with tan soles and received cognac with black soles. Messaged the seller and never got a response. And the return window closed, so I'm stuck with this boot 🙄

Incorrect color and size

I ordered these in bordeaux color at first and fell in love with them so I went ahead and got them in tan as well. Size 8 instead of 10 was sent and the color is not solid. Also my tan pair looked like it was already worn. Very happy with my bordeaux pair but returning tan ones back.

Tan Boots

Boots I received was not the color Tan with Tan sole as advertised on site…brown in color with black sole not cute not even one of the boot options…will be returning
