Zipper busted

I purchased this Jacket as a gift for my friend! Upon opening the package, the jacket was zipped all the way up but open. It was hard to zip it back down. Zipped it again and it immediately came undone on its own! #disappointed

Jacket Not For Me

Quality not very good, looks cheaply made. Sizing also seems a bit off, ordered an XS but it fits more like a S or S/M.
