Maralyn & Me Plus Size Junior Puffer Coat

This Coat came with a rip in the top of the pocket that split all the way around when I put my phone in my pocket. I now have things floating around l, even in my sleeves. It had 2 cuts in the hood area that look like someone used a box cutter on it. I did not use the Coat the fist week that I had it because we ended uo with warm weather again in NY. The next week I discovered the pocket but used it as it was freezing here. Then when I took off the jacket, I looked it over for more holes. It is a really warm coat but disappointed that Macy's fulfills orders from stores now and items are not checked over for damages. I will not be ordering g from them online anymore. It is a shame because I am now limited to the stock in my current store.

Very cute and warm!

Gorgeous, stylish coat very warm. I love the hood and the zippers on the coat. It’s not too bulky and the color is beautiful!

Delivery of my purchase

So, I ordered this coat on 11/30/25 & it says delivered within 3-6 business days, however, I just received an email stating delivery expected by 12/15/25. That's definitely NOT 3-6 business days. This is an US store, so I'm confused on how it's going to take so long to get to me, especially when it didn't take long for the $ to come out of my account. That was actually immediate. Once I finally receive my coat, I can write a review on it this review was on the delivery of my purchase.
