OUCH, my Ankles !

These boots are beautiful and craftsmanship exceptional; however, I find them impossible to wear. The top portion that goes around the ankle is very stiff and does not "give". They are very uncomfortable on my ankles and I cannot wear them. I have many Marc Fisher sandals and have never had trouble with his brand before. Hoping I can return them for an exchange as I bought 2 pairs !
