Nice shoes but no exchanges at Macys online

Just received some nice shoes but they run large so I wanted to exchange for a size smaller which are still available but low stock and are currently on sale. Since I bought these with two gift cards, a return gift card will take 2-4 weeks before I receive it in the mail. Consequently, Macy's just lost a sale since they no longer do online exchanges. 2-4 weeks from now the gift card won't matter and I don't even know if the size I need is available at the closest Macy's right now. I am very disappointed in Macy's customer service, 5 stars for the shoes and 1 star for customer service

I am used tio stilletos for many years. I decided yo try these kitten heels! I ended up buying 6 pairs in different colors. . From the elegant brown suede to the playful bright pink for jeans these heels are AWESOME. True to size and true to comfort.

Cute shoe

Cute shoe, suede usually gives a bit, these do not. Very stiff, didn't think they would be comfortable work shoe. Returned.
