Uncomfortable Shoes

The sole of the shoe, Is not comfortable, Walking in the shoes for 5 minutes outside on the streets is when you want to take the shoes off, I love the Brand but this is the worst pair of shoes from Marc Fisher I am dissatisfied with the purchased and Macy's will not give you a refund because I wore the shoes, it's more than 30 days I only wear the shoes one time what do I do Mr Marc Fisher. I bought a size 7.5 that’s my size in black. I will not recommend
