Floor sample

I went to south coast plaza and found these loafers. I really wanted them and of course they only had the floor sample available. I didnt want to take them because you can clearly see that the right one is worn out. I waited over a week for them to literally send me the floor sample shoes I saw at the store. The box has the sticker stating they are floor sample. Very disappointed. The right shoe is worn out and has multiple stains and scratches. Why even send me these if they weren't available why not just return my money. Now I have to waste time making this right.

i wore the loafers last week and they cause my feet to swell really bad, they caused my feet to hurt all day, i assume there's not enough cushion in them.
