AMAZING

These shoes are so cute and so comfortable! Got them to wear to a formal event. I’ll definitely get more wear out of them in the future. The rounded straps, toe design and platform make these wildly comfortable (and cute) for a 4 inch heel

Strap / prong not made well.

I don't know what is going on with almost all the dressy black shoes I have ordered in the past few weeks, but I have had problems with the prong that goes into the holes in the strap, with every one of them! The holes are not completely punched out and you have to use brute force to push the prong in! In addition, the front part of the shoe rubbed against my big toe and was uncomfortable.
