They buckle and pop when you walk

Horrible. I bought these they fit perfect. Wore them to work. About an hour into my day they started to make a popping sound and buckle as I walked. Even standing in them they would pop if I shifted my weight…so dissatisfied. I want to return but I wore them. I’m going to try but I’m not sure they will take them back. Completely unusable.
