Really like the smell

Mark Jacob’s Perfect Eau de Parfum is a very nice perfume with a smooth fragrance, it has a durable smell. Is not to intense, is perfect! I really like it.

Very great

I love perfume and this one was definitely my favorite. This perfume is a very long last that I could wear it all day without reapplying. I got a lot of compliments while wearing this perfume and I end up buying a full-size perfume afterwards because it’s amazing. The packaging is beautiful and I feel like the bottle will last me a long time.

I never received my order on the date it was promised.

Poor customer support and follow up

I haven’t received my package that I ordered since November and it was supposed to be delivered within 4-6 days. It kept saying was in transit then I switched to it was delivered on Dec 5 called customer service and they said they haven’t sent it yet so I don’t understand what is happening but I am very disappointed at Macys
