Not happy

Never got what I ordered. While waiting over 10 days after order for some sort of tracking information I was notified by email that my order was cancelled because the carrier couldn’t deliver my order. I was never notified until I got an email about the cancellation. When I placed the order my address came up and said it could be delivered so why all of the sudden can’t it be delivered?
