Terrible Customer Service….Better Business Bureau

Order # 4519812398 was delivered to incorrect address where I lived 14 years ago. I had changed my address and one package was delivered correctly. I have called customer service multiple times and no one can help me refund my account. They can barely understand what I am saying. I bought from Macys and one told me to contact third party. I was put on long hold many times. Customer service is not knowledgeable !!! They are from another country and don’t have a clue. Macy’s should stop and use US folks because they are losing customers…like me. I just spoke again to several associates and transferred, then on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau.
