Inconsistent Sizing

Looks like a well made comfortable shoe - but hard to tell because it was way too large. I have previously bought this brand in a loafer that was beautiful, well made and fit well - in the same size - so ordered the that size! Sizes seems to vary between styles. It is very frustrating buying shoes online so I am looking for a brand (you guessed it) that has "consistent sizing" - that brand will get my business. Bring back shoe stores and leather!

Package not delivered see explanation below.

Never got my package and no one taking responsibility for it being delivered to wrong address. How would I know if I like the product when Macy’s and the seller they use for the silver shoes I bought are not helping me. Online it says package delivered, and in another status page it shows delivery not completed. I have reported this situation twice now today.

Cute comfortable shoe, it was too big so I had to send back. Not enough time to try different sizes.

Comfortable, good quality but size is too big

I like the quality, and think the price is reasonable. But the size is on the big side. I ordered 8M which is my size, but turned out too big, I should have ordered 7.5M. I am too lazy to return it, so I added a pair of heel pads to make them fit.

Look good and be comfortable!

Well made, attractive flats. Right out of the box they were so comfortable. My usual size fit well. I ordered them in Cognac and love the color. Looks the same as on the website.
