Package not delivered see explanation below.

Never got my package and no one taking responsibility for it being delivered to wrong address. How would I know if I like the product when Macy’s and the seller they use for the silver shoes I bought are not helping me. Online it says package delivered, and in another status page it shows delivery not completed. I have reported this situation twice now today.

Size down

Cute comfortable shoe, it was too big so I had to send back. Not enough time to try different sizes.

Comfortable, good quality but size is too big

I like the quality, and think the price is reasonable. But the size is on the big side. I ordered 8M which is my size, but turned out too big, I should have ordered 7.5M. I am too lazy to return it, so I added a pair of heel pads to make them fit.

Look good and be comfortable!

Well made, attractive flats. Right out of the box they were so comfortable. My usual size fit well. I ordered them in Cognac and love the color. Looks the same as on the website.

Run too big

I bought them and they were too big on my feet, so you should consider buying a size or two smaller when you buy them. When I went to return them, I had a lot of trouble because the store hadn't registered it as a purchase. It wasn't worth all that stress, that is.

Basic with odd instep

Basic almost like a ballerina. The way leather is cut across instep is different from left side of foot to rear side of foot but works for me. Comfortable.
