My review - design flaw

Nice coat and warm BUT BUT BUT the zipper is horrible. It gets stuck on the collar insulation and you have to trim it with a scissor unless you want to fight to open the coat every time. Very frustrating

No need to return Kerp your item

I ordered two winter coats — one men’s and one women’s. The delivery was supposed to arrive on October 26. For three weeks, the tracking information showed that the package was stuck at the last transit center in my city. Because of this, I requested a refund. I received it — but with a note that felt almost mocking: “Keep your item! No need to return.” Now, in my account, there is no delivery information at all — no tracking, nothing. The only thing left is the refund message saying: “Keep your item! No need to return.” This entire situation has left me with a deeply unpleasant, almost nauseating feeling — as if I’m being silently accused of something I didn’t do. I feel like I have to prove that I’m not trying to deceive anyone. You can clearly see from the tracking information that I never received the package; there is simply no delivery data. For a store like Macy’s, this is extremely disappointing. It feels disrespectful and leaves a very bitter aftertaste.
