Horrendous online service

My wife and I can never order anything online, even with the Macy’s card. It is a horrendous service. They always cancel any orders , again with the Macys credit card!!!

Great jacket! Stylish and comfortable feel

Very comfortable jacket and fitted I like that I don't feel hindered moving around It's pretty durable and warm as well I'm only giving it 4 out of 5 because the sleeves are kind of short. I don't think I have long arms and this comes up on my arms when I bend them even slightly
