Good product, not so good customer service

Great coat, but the customer service that Macys uses now is borderline unusable. Shipping was slow, agents were mostly unhelpful in the sense that they could not provide any actual information that I couldn’t see myself. Nothing against the people I spoke with but it makes sense since they offshored that function and aren’t even talking in the same country. Product is fine, but think twice if you need something quickly, or need any CS support along the way.

Beautiful

I recently got this Andrew Marc Tripp Down Parka for my husband and it's beautiful. The texture is nice, he stays warm, and the color is pretty. It's easy to wash and it's pretty durable too. Super easy to maintain.
