BAD FIT/ BULKY TIE

it took me this long to figure out where i ordered this shrug from. i don't like it at all and wish to return it. i have been out of the country since early June which is why i'm requesting a return now. i am a loyal repeat customer ( check my orders) so hope you honor my return request.

Pretty but very disappointed

Beautiful wrap, but I am sending it back. I needed it for a big event today and it didn’t arrive until last night. (Much later than advertised). In a panic,I had to go shopping for a different item altogether a few days ago or risk not having something to wear. I am also very disappointed that I cannot return it t9 Macy’s.
