Pretty design

Waited too long for the wrong item to arrive

Be aware of online items tagged as "Macy's Marketplace." These come from third parties, not Macy's. I ordered white pillow shams, waited way too long for them to arrive, and when they did they were a weird shade of blue/green. Honestly, if I had liked the color, I might have kept them, but took them back to a physical Macy's store where the INCREDIBLY helpful employees facilitated a return and refund. When I get the refund, I will go back to that Macy's to make sure I get what I want.

Shammy Shams

The shams don't match -- one's embossing is more pronounced than the other. There is a noticeable stitching flaw on one as well. I wish I had noticed these two "mistakes" before I had pre-washed them so that I could return them for a refund.
