Understated Elegance

This all-cotton bedspread and shams are very well-made. It's machine washable & weighs about 10 lbs. though relatively thin compared to a fluffy comforter. I got it in navy blue and it seems a bit faded compared to the picture online. The embroidered swirled leaf stitching is quite pretty & the scalloped edges look great.The bedspread hangs down on the sides generously - nearly to the side rails.

King size fits queen sized mattress.

I purchased the king size. It does not cover the sides of the mattress. King size covers queen size mattress nicely. Nice fabric. Color not as vibrant as pictured.

Received wrong color

I ordered green. I received Aruba Blue per the manufacturer packaging. Which only shows four color options none of which is green. The Macy’s website has 11 colors. I’m hesitant to reorder since I don’t want another blue one. Returning what I received

Rating of 3 was given as it is clearly NOT oversized which is the reason I took a chase on this brand.

Hole in spread

I love the bedspread but there was a hole near the bottom of the spread. It almost looks like a bug had eaten some of it. I decided to keep the spread and fixed the hole myself. It was easier than trying to return it and I really am happy with the quality (except for the little hole).

Fiber-fill coming out.

After two washings, fiber-fill is coming out of the stitches over the entire quilt. Awful! Not 100% cotton. Macy's return policy says it must be in resaleable condition, so what do I do? I am currently on hold, for over 20 minutes, so far, waiting to speak to customer service. Don't waste your money, it's not worth the headache.
