Delivery issue

The leather part of the glove doesn’t look like real leather. When I ordered them it said they would arrive in 3-5 days. It took 11 days before I got them. What I was going wear them for was all ready over.

Vendor has not shipped and over a week

Placed order on Dec. 29th. Today is January 5th and still showing processing! This was a gift and contacted Macy's 5 times. Vendor shipping directly and Macys has reached out to vendor and still not responding. Horrible customer service!!!

Comfortable, fit well. excellent for driving. Looks lovely with my church attire. light lining, but enough to keep hands warm on a 13-degree day. My 62-year-old hands are medium in length and have a hardworking full look to them. These gloves fit well and can take a bit of stretching. I'm pleased. The faux fur is very soft. Feels like rabbit. Purchased on black Friday. Fair price.
