Changed my order without consent

Ordered in ivory. Processed order saying ivory. Check on it the next day, color now says burgundy. Not ivory like all my ordering information. I called and Macys said they can not change the order even before it’s shipped. It’s a problem with the vendor. They said they’ll cancel it for me and it still hasn’t processed. I love the scarf in ivory not burgundy. I’d still love it in Ivory. But I see it’s not a possibility despite literally ordering it in Ivory.
