Growing up in the 80's/90's

Growing up in the 80's/90's the type of toner available was always alcohol-based. So, it would make sense to not want to ever use toner products, but the moment I knew Mario's toners don't have alcohol in them I tried using the seaweed cleansing toner. I have dry, sensitive skin and this doesn't dry my skin out. I've been using this product for years and love it. A good tip to not strip your natural oils in the morning by washing your face is to use this toner only and then proceed w moisturizer and sunscreen!
