Massager mode never worked

I bought one of these and only the lights worked. The vibration mode would work for a split second and then stop. I’ve looked for trouble shooting answers and found none. I guess the lights working is good but it would be great it the vibration part did. Wish I could get an answer to why it’s not working g.

Great and easy to use

I thought the light therapy in this little hand held tool was great but couldn’t get the vibration to work. Well, silly me…. . the tool has a cover on it ! I TOOK OFF THE COVER AND VOILA! Vibration worked! It looks like part of the tool but it’s a white-ish colored cap. I like it even more now!

Vibration stopped working after 1 week

Loved it when it was fully functional. I received it as a birthday gift. The lights still work. Unfortunately I was so excited and used it only a few times. I threw the box away!

Loud vibrating noise

For reference, today is 5/5/25, on 5/2 the vibrating noise got really loud, it even hurts my face to use it. It was delivered to me on 3/25/25, I now cannot use it. My daughter even asked me what was that cicada sound coming from the wand. So yea, a little over 30 day use and now it’s unusable. Waste of money, wished I could get a refund. .
