Prolonged wait time for out of stock update

Never got the item, ordered took about a week and a half to state it was out of stock and by this time so were most of the other options in the necessary size 🤷🏾‍♂️. If something like a replacement option was provided it would have been appreciated.

This sale was a scam

On Dec 7th I placed an order for this coat and it was cancelled. I went to Macys website and seen the same item was in stock at a lower price. So, on Dec 20th, I placed another order which was also cancelled. I will purchase this item from another store ( Not Macys).
