Good bag, packs really well

Great backpacking sleeping bag. I've had this for years and it has served me well. It is durable and warm. Have used a bit in tbe winter as well. A bit low on back feathers for winter use. Possibly with a good sleeping pad.

Lightweight, warm, average zipper

Quality sleeping bag. Light and packs small. I used it this Winter with temperature in the high 30's. Kept me warm enough. The main negative is the zipper which is not great and can get stuck easily.

So lightweight!

I wish I had.this sleeping bag for my.backcountry trip.this last summer. It is so light and keeps warm. I haven't tested it below 40 degrees yet so will leave an updated review at colder temperatures. But so far I'm a happy camper!

Great All-Around Sleeping Bag!

I've used this sleeping bag consistently over the past 3 years, and it's never let me down. Very warm, lightweight, and comfortable. The zipper is a little small, but overall I'm very happy with this bag.

Solid all Arounder

I got this to use down in the flats of Texas at ALERT Academy. It served me very well during my time there. Mind you, I used this bag to save three people from hypothermia. So, not quite what it was intended to be used for, but regardless a solid bag. Packs down really small. Weighs very little. Only complaint I have is a less than optimal zipper. Other than that, I used this bag for beyond what it was meant and it rose to the occasion. Well done Marmot!

Ultra light and compressible

Just purchased this sleeping bag for backcountry search and rescue missions. The main objective was light and small size, this sleeping bag met both requirements successfully. The long fits great for my 6’2” large frame and is very comfortable.

Quality made and warm below rating temp.

Used on an elk hunt down to 12 degrees. I had base layers on and a puffy jacket. Was warm and had frost on the outside of the bag. That told me the insulation was keeping my body heat in the bag. Quality product.

Great bag, zipper paranoia is way wrong

This is a killer ultralight bag and I have zero complaints. Folks who are concerned about the zipper don't get that everything ultralight is dialed in for weight savings - so the zipper is accordingly small. That said, this is Marmot, so it's built bomber and while I don't yank at the zipper recklessly I have had no problems in actual use. I'm the same with all of my ultralight gear and get years of use out of it (and that many more miles out of my back).
