A Great Gift for my PhD-bound daughter!
My daughter is working on her PhD so this year I sent her all things cozy -- a soft, cozy flannel, some homemade candy and a Dubai chocolate bar. She was in tears! LOVED, LOVED. LOVED the flannel!

This blew my other flannels outta the water!
Initially I was a bit skeptical - I'm not a huge fan of polyester, and this is a cotton/poly blend. I am so glad I got this. Being in Southern California means layers. A hot day can become an evening in the 50 degree range easy. This shirt is super lightweight, I can roll it up and put it in my bag or just leave it around my waist if I'm hot, yet Marmot has brilliantly used polyesters "weakness" as a strength here, this flannel will absolutely keep you much warmer under a jacket vs the jacket alone. I am so comfortable every day. This has become my security blanket! My dad is an avid outdoor enthusiast and has Marmot as a favored brand for enjoying the Blue Ridge Mountains in comfort, I was excited to get a piece from a brand he trusts. Did I mention the polyester is RECYCLED? The sizing is accurate although I do recommend a size up if you are bustier!

Fits Strangely so returned it
Sadly these shirts didn't fit nicely or look ok on. I am a little stocky at 5'4" and 140, a little long waisted and my shoulders are a bit broad. I sometimes wear med and sometimes large. These shirts run on the large side. I bought a medium and a large. But didn't feel ok about the fit of either of them. The large was very big on. Very wide shoulders and long arms. The medium would have fit but didn't look good on because it was too short and wide. The material is a light flannel and is soft to the touch, but stiff and hangs on the body in an unattractive way. They are a boxy cut. Something about the fit was off. Disappointing cuz I especially like the greenish teal plaid.

Love this Flannel! The best!
This is the softest flannel I’ve ever owned! Absolutely love the material and color! Sizing is perfect and true to size. Marmot makes such quality clothing and this was no exception! Washes beautifully and wrinkle free! Will be buying more colors!

Soft, warm, cozy flannel!
This lightweight flannel is soft, warm and cozy. I like that the hemline has a little shape to it to make it more feminine looking. It's a little longer in the back for better coverage. The extra buttons sewn inside are nice. Although it feels very well-made, you never know when you may need to replace a button! The washing instructions say to hang dry, just something to be aware of. I wouldn't say that it's form-fitting, it has more of a roomy cut. I typically wear small or medium in tops, and I got this in a medium. The shoulder area is a little big on me, but it fits nicely over my bum. I'm shaped a little bigger on the bottom, and I feel like if I sized down, the bottom might be too tight.

Comfortable and fits great for tall and slim
I love how it fits for being a small, it’s hard to get a small that fits me good with my long arms and this feels so comfortable and not tight or short in any way. Also is a more sturdy/durable kind of flannel/shirt.
