Nice glasses, beautiful shaker

Beautiful crystal shaker! Its quality is incredible! The glasses are very nice too but I don’t like how thin (and fragile as such) that the stems of Waterford crystal have become. They used to use very thick, vertically faceted stems that were a whole lot more durable. Having a mechanical engineering degree, I can frequently casually look at something and tell you where its weak points are. Waterford’s stems, in their entirety, have become a weak point. One of my personal friends was Waterford’s crystal master for a long time before he became an independent crystal maker for a few years before then retiring. Waterford’s crystal was far higher quality back when Bill was in charge.
