arriving much later than expected

when i ordered these glasses it said arriving from 3-5 business days !! well guess what now its coming one weeks later than promised date . this was an anniversary gift, thanks for not delivering when stated . this is not acceptable .Macys should do better than this. ive been shopping at macys since 1972 this is very dissapointing !!

Torn Package and broken glass

The Packing box was delivered torn up and I found the inside packing of glasses poorly wrapped resulting in a broken glass stem. The glasses were packed like cheap glasses, not what you expect when buying Waterford crystal. I will return them.

NICE but ....

The glasses arrived in a timely manner, but one glass was broken at the stem. The sale price was great, but the glasses were very tall , specifically the stem parts and I was also afraid that they would tip/break more easily. They would work for the right occasions .

Returned. Quality was not good for us.

Quality of Waterford is not the same as it used to be. Glass bottoms/stand was uneven and were wobbly on the table. Crystal was too fragile. Returned
