Seams. Not the same quality as before.

These glasses have seams in them. I don't think they are really crystal. The previous champagne flutes I purchased by Marquis were much better quality. I'm really surprised Waterford lets them put their name on these. I was hoping these would somewhat coordinate with my previous set by this same company, but these are thinner and taller. You can really see the poor quality of these next to the older set. I returned them.

Arrived broken, poor packaging

This is a great set but arrived broken, be aware of poor packaging if shopping online. I spoke to customer service via chat and they said they would replace it, however they just refunded me and never sent a replacement.

Missing letters in flutes stamp

I have the Marquis Waterford wine set and I was excited for the flutes. Upon receiving the flutes i noticed some of the letters in Marquis were missing. Specifically, the letter “I” was missing from each flutes and the stamp was shown as Marqu s. I bought these during Macy’s sale and I cant help wonder maybe thats why it was on sale. Bit disappointing.
