Torn Package and broken glass

The Packing box was delivered torn up and I found the inside packing of glasses poorly wrapped resulting in a broken glass stem. The glasses were packed like cheap glasses, not what you expect when buying Waterford crystal. I will return them.

NICE but ....

The glasses arrived in a timely manner, but one glass was broken at the stem. The sale price was great, but the glasses were very tall , specifically the stem parts and I was also afraid that they would tip/break more easily. They would work for the right occasions .

Broken item

Arrived broken and improperly packed. Thus beautiful goblets must be packed in a different way. They were loose inside the box

Shipping from Macy's is terrible! The glasses were broken and they weren't even secured inside the manufacturers box. Absolute pain to return. Macys makes me return and rebuy so I loose my savings because of your poor handling.
